Morning Workers. That's assuming anyone's still working. Lazy day starting with coffee and walking the mutt. Taking the OH out for lunch somewhere. Babysitting the youngest grandson's later so can't have a drink tonight. Should be fun as found a load of the sons lego for them to play with, should be fun playing lego minefield for a few days. Best thing is its actually dry out.

Today is a special Friday, as it's the last day I'm working in 2025 :becool:, not back on the hamster wheel until 5th Jan. So just a few more hours of tax avoidance then time to chill and do fun stuff. Well, apart from sending e-cards to people.

Weird - someone must have exorcised my lurgy yesterday evening, as I could almost feel in real time as I got my body back. As I couldn't sleep (body clock's gone weird with the virus), at 1.30am I started looking at how cheaply I could reschedule to French getaway, and by 1.40am had booked the three main parts for £180 (flight, hotel, TGV), all on tickets I can modify/cancel. So Christmas in the mountains is back on, all being well.

Coffee done. Need to stretch the legs gently and get some fresh air today - being cooped up since Sunday has not been good. I'll be ambitious and go the one mile to Aldi.

That's good news. Does that mean you're going to stop moaning at me on the NCAP threads for not following the rules where thee ate no rules?
