My legs have decided the weekend started already.
Had no strength to speak of comming into work and i cant imagine there going to play ball on the way home.

Good job the way home is a gentle decline all the way.

I think we all get "off days" from time to time. The only thing I find is to take it easier on the ride and then after a good nights sleep tomorrow will be better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
