On the Cycle Chat Bromley Massive Sunday Cycle ride... I saw a huge pile of rubbish stacked up.
I thought Blimey that's a pile of mess that needs cleaning up.

I subsequently find out It's part of the art exhibition and called Trash, by Kaj Aune and Wolfgang Ganter.
The sign translates as: “Illegal dumping of rubbish of any kind is forbidden and legal action will be taken”
