Having reviewed the evidence at hand, I can confirm no scalp took place. The girl in heeled boots was inappropriately dressed, thereby negating the scalp.

I'd say that makes it much worse, TBH. Getting taken by someone on an MTB is bad enough, but while they're wearing heeled boots? I'd have stopped and tweaked the rear mech for a minute or two, or fiddled about with a mobile or sommat.

I would have claimed a no-scalp too, 'cos I'd have been struggling to breathe with laughter at someone riding a BSO in high heeled boots - and at their ability to overtake a honed athlete like what I is!
