Garmin 500: Failed to Upload

Did a 50 mile ride earlier today but when I came to upload it to Strava it came up with the error;

Parsing failed.

Anyone else had this? It also failed to upload to Garmin Connect. I did a reset and did another small ride to test and the same happened again.

Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone had this happen to them before?

Post it on the Garmin forums and ask for it to be edited. The guys there will do this if you ask nicely or someone will recommend software to edit the error out yourself. This has happened to me before when the file has got corrupted or stored a bogus reading.
