Hi. My chain seems to be rubbing on the front derailleur when I am on the middle ring at the front and the smallest cogs at the back.
How do I adjust the derailleur to move it out a bit?
I know that there are 2 screws to adjust but which one and in what direction.

You adjust the cable tension to centre (when looked down from above) the mech on the middle ring. The limit screws have no effect on the position of the mech when you are on the middle ring.

Ok thanks. Next stupid question. How do I adjust the tension?

Yes and no. This for middle ring, middle cog. If it is rubbing middle ring small cog, can you trim the position with a tiny movement of the shifter lever? Not enough to shift to the big ring, just a tiny bit.
