It has been a standing joke in our house for the last few years that Mr Jayaly blames everything on hay fever. We suspect that if you came home with a broken leg he would blame that on hay fever too, possibly from tripping over some really big pollen. However, it galls me to admit that he's been right several times. It's amazing how it can make you feel run down without a runny nose in sight.

I've had hay fever on top of the cold for the last few days! Bad luck!
Anyway, good news, I'm feeling much better today, and am working from home tomorrow.

You are not alone,i have posted something like this last week.I have had one lot of blood tests, and everything is ok,at our next meeting the Doctor said i was looking well.i told her i had been sat outside in the sun for two afternoons, reason being two people told me i looked unusually grey.
That brought out this,i will have another blood test done looking for vitamin d deficiency,we are seeing a lot of it this year.My neighbour read an article a month ago about the same problem, and the cafe owner also has heard about it this year.So go and ask for a blood test.I am still a bit tired, looking forward to next Friday and the test.
