You should have seen when Keith (fellow hospital porter) overloaded the meal trolley bradshaw (limited to two trolleys per trip because of the weight .. he attached six) and promptly vanished through a plaster board wall, down a sloping corridor with a 90% left turn to make at the bottom, into the old loading bay and shot off the edge.
I can still hear his panicked screams above the screeching of the bradshaw brakes to this day, not to mention the carnage he left behind

There should be a seat switch on those things so that if there is no one in the driver's seat the controller shuts down and the cart can't move.
