We pick up the keys to our first home today... our first one that we own, at any rate!

Best of all, I got a garage (not to put a car in, that will stay on the drive) - and i've made sure the woman knows it's ALL MINE!!! muwahaha...

Dead excited... i get to hang my tools on the wall, set up my turbo trainer, leave parts laying around and everything!

When I built my new shed (Thunderbird 2 - a 4.0 x 5.5m behemoth) I declared it hallowed ground and only for boys stuff - can't move in the friggin' thing now for others junk piled up all over the place!

Cheers all... just spent the last few hours pulling out all those rawl plugs and filling the holes... a time consuming job... very irritating.
Still got the rented house for a couple of weeks so we're going round and re-decorating every-bloody-where!

As for the garage being filled with other people's junk... it's currently full of my wife's Grandmother's furniture... she's just moved into a home and word got round her family that we had an empty garage!!! feck sake!
Won't be there long though, i tell ya...maybe i'll just list it all on ebay...

We have a summerhouse too - and that's designated as hers - so if she fills the garage i'll steal that! oh yes... let battle comence!!!

4F - We moved from Sycamore Close up to Hawthorn Drive - knocked about 600 metres off my commute! wooop!

P.S. we had our first meal there too - Fish & Chips on the floor with no furniture and those lovely wooden forks.
