Getting my new bike today

Friday is finally here and I'm picking up my new bike today. Gonna take it for a spin as soon as I get home and get familiar with it. . Then a bit of a bigger ride on Sunday. Can't wait, hope the weathers nice on Sunday.

Thanks guys. I'm getting an Orbea aqua San Remo. It's my first road bike since I was about 10 years old. Really looking forward to getting out on it. Will put some pics up soon.

How was it then?

I got my first new bike for 7 years on wednesday. Bit different to your's, I got a On-one Carbon 456 ... absolutely love it !

Only been for one ride so far, but it was awesome.

Doing a 25 mile ride on sunday, can't wait

Haha sorry mark I forgot to check back in.
Actually got lost on the way to the shop. Thought I could remember my way but I didn't and took a wrong turn somewhere. Don't have a review as such at the moment as I was too busy last night to take it for any kind of real ride. But I can say it looks bloody lovely. Love the colour, like a pearl White. Which can kinda look grey/silver/cream depending ob the light. I love the frame tubing aswell. Kinda triangular, I looked at the treks again when I was in the shop and I'm so glad I chose the orbea. It defo has something different about it.
Full review to come after my first proper ride tomorrow.

They do look lovely bikes.

the post was about somebody originally going to go for the Specialized Allez, or Trek then decided upon the Orbea, as they are not as common here and look stunning.

I tend to agree.

No doubt you will be up and down the coast road between Shields and Sunderland at some stage. Thats the way I commute to work, say hi if you see me. I'll be on a black and white Focus or a White scott addict.

A good shop with good staff, they mainly do SCOTT, TREK and ORBEA i believe.

I got my Scott Scale MTB from them a few years back, excellent service.
