I saw this in the morning on Green Lanes next to the park. I don't remember hearing anything about this, anyone know anything about it?

It has been there some time. It was recently the 10th anniversary of the death and hence the additional ribbons/flowers. There is a lot more about it here:

Sad Story. I have been past here on-and-off for about 10 years or so and never noticed it. I think the extra ribbons must have caught my eye today.
