Fair enough,

For a £1200 bike, the welds look like crap (based on the pic you posted) though tbh.

Well structurally they will be fine ofc but aesthetically at that price point I'd be expecting nice smooth welds not big fat metal slugs.

If I see one in the flesh, I'll let you know how bad the welds are. It may be butt recesses but, as you say, probably the welds.

I've seen Ghost MTBs and read that Ghost are a good brand, and I love a bargain, so well done. Original/nice colour scheme, MUCH MUCH better, in fact no comparison with THAT Felt
Looks suspiciously similar to Cube's bike, would not surprised if they were made in the same factory or share the productions line somewhere...

The name?? Dont be so shallow LOL , they are quite BIG especially in USA, dont think you have anything to worry about if you want to get one (but not that colour!!)
You could get some vouchers from CRC which are 20% off at the mo, and get a discounted 2011 Cube at super cheap prices or a 2012 still highly discounted with the 20% off on the 26th of Dec!
