Goggles Over Glass's

Can Anybody , Who wears spectacles .

Recommend Goggles to cover them .
To Stop Rain /Mud getting on them .

Goggles will steam up as there's no airflow.

You either wear a helmet with a sun visor or a cycling cap. Also, tip your head down slightly and you'll avoid the worst of the falling rain

I guess you know Boots (and no doubt others) do cycling 'shades' with built in prescription lenses?

If you can use contact lenses then do, with ordinary commercial goggles.

If not disassemble an old pair of glasses and mount the lenses inside commercial goggles. GB155 (Gaz) did a thread on this a while back.

If not buy prescription goggles
