Veggie, not vegan. Though the only cheese will be a bit of feta snd some parmasan on the pasta.
No, I meant vegetarian cheese and wine, I wasn't trying to be sarky.

We often don't eat meat for a week or so, it's pretty easy at this time of year, but I just buy normal cheese with rennet in it. We both love meat if it's decent stuff, but we're quite happy to have something else. My daughter has to have sausages though.
Didn't know you could get veggie cheese. Giving up for a whole week may be a bit of a challenge but it is worth a try and better for our health :okay: We are trying to be virtuous so may lay off the vino for a while

For me it's about seeing if I feel any more healthy. I've noticed that when we have been on holiday to Thailand I feel so much better. How much is down to being somewhere beautiful and warm and how much is down to troughing loads of fruit, veg and juices and having very little meat (and fish at that) I don't know. I will submit my report next weekend.
