Good cycle routes in Essex

Can anyone please point me in the direction of some good cycle routes in and around the Romford area of Essex.

That part of Essex is not on my 'patch' but if you can get over to the Cheshunt area the ride into London along the river Lee is lovely - traffic free.....& flat!

I have a couple of nice 30 milers starting and finishing in Harlow and a pleasant 40 miler, but unfortunately not a lot of use to you. There are websites where people upload routes. One of them has a fair number for Essex. I can't remember the names but no doubt someone will be along with help.
