Hi all



I'm new to this type of thing so here goes! Took up cycling again last August time (after a very long break - used to enjoy long cycling holidays) Totally bitten by the cycling bug not really sure what I was expecting but really enjoying being out there mile after mile completed 3 Sportives alreay this year another booked for July and considering more. Managed my last one the Wiggle Saturday New Forest road 83 miles in 5:41 but would dearly like to get faster.

Looking forward to what help I can get from fellow members and give any guidance I can after my short experience.
