I'll start it off following on from funnymummy's thread:

Today I agreed a settlement on a dispute after a client and contractor fell out over money that has been dragging on for 2 years. Yay!

The lump under my arm is benign...

Good day for me too.

I took some seating that I have spent the last 3 and a half weeks making into a wine bar in Leeds today so it could be fitted ready for the opening, and..............................................it fitted. Millimeters to spare as planned.

Good news was I got my private pain clinic appointment (the one needed for my PI claim and dfuture Pain Plan), bad side is is clashed with the NHS one, so back at the bottom of the list.

Good news 1st acupuncture session seems to be working. Bad news muscles to left of spine and in left shoulder are knackered.

Good news I was told to eat more !

I got an email saying the hard drive I'd sold on ebay was faulty. Not a lot of money, but just a bit of a downer at the end of a downer day. Decided I'd deal with it in the next ad break - send the guy a refund & apology. Next ad break, there's another email: 'Cancel that - I just formatted it and it's working great. Nice HD, mate! - Thanks'.

Glad to hear the lump is just a lump!

Since giving up smoking I have had some Irritable Bowel Syndrome type problems which leaves me feeling bloated and unable to cycle properly - but I have just started taking Peppermint Oil capsules and they really do a great job of expelling wind and calming the stomach down. Back cycling as normal now.
