Ride It Like You Stole It!

I recently put a review of a local surgery on NHS Choices following a minor surgical procedure I had last year. I basically said that the GP didn't discuss risks of surgery and denied there were any. Nothing defamatory, and I didn't mention the fact that another GP burst into the room whilst I was being operated on (this is one thing that really shocked my wife who was sat outside).
Anyway, NHS choices have emailed me to say the practice has demanded the comment be taken down as the 'surgical service' just uses their facilities and its not the practice.
Well I emailed back to NHS Choices and told them that's not the case. I had a personal email back asking for more information as when they put my review back, the practice manager will be onto them complaining.
I pointed the NHS chap to the practices own web site as the GP doing the operations is indeed one of the main GPs at the practice and is also a partner.
Impressed with NHS choices so far in that they have responded in person to me.
We will see if my review goes back up.
