If they show as much commitment to the Premier Series as they did to Nicole Cook, their participation will only be for one season. :ohmy:

Good, I think, insofar as they are good at publicity (although as noted, they can be fickle in the length of commitments!).
Whilst they have a bad rep for actually selling properly assembled bikes, any backing they can give to cycling as a sport should benefit the cause, not just their sales.

Its good for the sport and much needed, even if its short term which I doubt its money coming into the Premier Calendar including the prize fund. Halfords I would imagine have done well out of Rob Hayles being National Champion with plenty of exposure of the brand and will be keen to stay with it.
