I was missing a small part from my TacX turbo trainer.

Their website has a comprehensive set of exploded diagrams for their models complete with parts numbers.

I identified my model and the missing part.

I emailed their UK service team, got a reply within half an hour. They sent out the part same day free of charge. Part arrived today.

Pretty excellent service I would say.

good to hear

exposure lights have my front light at present, one month past it's 2 year warranty with two seperate issues that make it more or less unuseable

both became suddenly apparent as it got dark on the Dunwich Dynamo, side of the road fixes involving a zip tie and a ribena straw

I've had the same with Tacx - the resistance selector on my Sirius turbo broke. I took the thing apart and found that the plastic teeth had worn....one quick email to the UK service team and I received all the internals plus a diagram two mornings later.
