Gore C5 Active Cycling Jacket

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and wondered if somebody could advise me on Gore cycling jackets - particularly the one mentioned in my heading above.
A lot of people are complaining the sleeves are too long on this jacket. Looking at the measurements they do indeed look ridiculously long. Why have Gore done this?? I really like this jacket but don't want to pay the premium for problematic sleeves. Can anybody advise please?

Sleeves tend to be longer on bike kit so they don’t ride up when you stretch forward and they can cover your wrists properly.
Same reason for bike top and jackets being longer in the back.
If that jacket really doesn’t fit you when you try it on and on the bike in your most aero position, just return and get a different one
