Gorlech Brechfa red trail

Hi does any one know if this trail is marked ?

Would like to stick to the course but I want to run it rather than bike it

It is well marked, the only bit I can remember where its a bit iffy first time is, at the very top of the climb out of the car park after the single track turn sharp left on the fire road. It didn t used to be very well marked there. Although that might of changed as I really dont look for the waymarks now.
