Got to tell yuz this one..

Was out y.day and was on a downhill into a town..had a good run, thru lights most if not all giving way...till i got to a r.about thru that pretty quick then onto the next one and whilst 'on it' (going around it) some chap with female passenger pulls out - now this is the deal as far as he was concerned a- he wasn't expecting a cyclist, b- i wasn't a car c- i was going quite quick.

Still he basically pulled out on me so instead of stopping on a dime i went through - passed him on the inside by which time we're onto another smaller r.about...he got a shock, i had the gall to pass in this manner - so as much as it was 'on the offensive': I couldnt let the shitbag do what everybody else does to me!

Gotta pick your fights carefully when on a bike, and make sure you bloody win them when you have picked one!

hopefully it shocked him in to checking a little more carefully for cyclists, if only for a few days.

It was crazy of me to do what I did but I could have easily have collided with him before i went past him on the inside: he made no effort to stop or recognise his mistake.

Theirs a few things that've happened to me recently and I can only say its a good job its been me on a bike rather than a motor vehicle - as their would have been impacts, if it would have been the latter.
