Got to agree, it’s like hitting the silly youth on his head with a lump hammer, to teach him a lesson, you just wouldn’t do it, as the vast majority of motorists would have avoided them like the plague, it was just downright evil ramming the cyclist, I bet the driver would have been the first one up in arms if the cyclist was their son and someone else rammed them
