Hi All,

Could you please recommend gravel bike wheelset for around (300-400 GBP), with most important feature QUITE HUB. I just cannot live with that noisy hubs that everyone can hear from a mile away

Cheers!

You presumably mean quiet?
Avoid Mavic, Superstar, Novatech, Hope if must be quiet (I like a clicky hub myself, especially if on a shared path).

Maybe ask your LBS for their advice and buy from them

I had a set of wheels made for my gravel bike by Spa Cycles, for under £300, and they've been very good - no more broken spokes and frequent wheel straightening that I'd had before (I'm a very heavy rider!). Quiet (Bitex) hubs on my wheels. If you ring them up, you can chat to their wheel builder about exactly what you're looking for.

Hunt wheels are a triumph of marketing & branding over quality.

A noisy freewheel is like a no hands bell if you are riding on bridleways etc. and should be embraced.

For that budget handbuilts are the way to go.
