I have just got a new pair if wheels, do I need to grease the hubs at all?
Also I have a new cassette, do I need to grease the splines that it slides on to and the cassette itself?

Cheers.

Depends on how well the hubs are greased, and whether they are cartridge bearings or not. Yes, you should grease the cassette splines.

I depends what you mean by "enough". I use as much grease as possible to keep water out, and wipe off the excess if it's squeezed out. Manufacturers tend to use just sufficient grease to lubricate the bearings. It's usually easier to apply grease to cup and cone bearings, than cartridge bearings.

If they are brand new, I would think not. I certainly wouldn't unless anything was obviously amiss, in which case I would take them back. You don't need to grease splines on the freehub either.
