What grease should I use for my wheel bearings?

Muliti purpose grease is fine and about £5 - £6, but you can get teflon and ceramic ones if your in the mood

Ok. Is there any benefit on using teflon or ceramic?

i bought cheap bearing grease off fleabay...... some people will say white lithium grease is best but if grease can handle car wheels at 100+ mph your bike will be fine
