This is to go with a roast dinner
I normally put them in boiling water for 5ish minutes.
Just noticed a suggestion to fry them.
Anyone do them this way ?

Not to go with a Roast Dinner, but, I do often put them in a stir-fry (successfully) ;) .

One of my favourite veg dish - stir fry when I go to a Chinese restaurant. Tasty as well. Recipe readily available on the net plus Youtube

One of the few veggies I like. Never thought of frying them, always boil.
Will have to give this a go I reckon

i never boil greens... always do stuff like that in the steamer, otherwise you're just pouring away half of the greeny goodness :okay:

my American cousin talked of her mother frying greens in bacon fat to ensure it was as unhealthy as possible for the kids.
