ground sheet wanted

lads i bought a mountain hardware spear 2 man tent from a guy on another cycling forum,it came with no groung sheet (footprint) so just wondering does anyone know where i could but one for it thanks.

I cut one out of a plastic tarp I bought on the market for two quid.

Just get a piece of builders polythene sheet and cut a piece to suit

Cheap as chips and as light and durable as any alternative.

Be sure you cut the polythene sheet a little bit smaller than the tent floor. If the ground sheet sticks out from under the tent it will let rain water flow under the tent and stay trapped between the tent and the ground sheet. Eventually this will rot the tent floor, or so I'm told.

have any of you lads used as a ground sheet the aluminium covered underlay used under laminated flooring.
