Either I remove all of the terrible gloss paint and restore to keep or part it out. There's no way I'm riding it as is, or selling it without being honest.

A bit more digging; if it's 1982 it's either a Team Replica or a Gran Sport 12. The lugs and Campagnolo headset match what's there.
