Was feeling much better yesterday so I took my son out for his much promised bike ride. So we went out for a loop round the local area, he hadn't really been offroad before so I chose a route which had plenty.
We had a ball, a nice dad and lad afternoon out
Today I couldn't get out of bed, I was in agony. The pain in my back has now moved down into my arse and I can't put my weight on my left leg. The doctor has added Tramadol to my meds.
So no riding for me, it has been a frustrating couple of weeks but I feel most sorry for Freddie, he is *really* enjoying his bike
