Shame the local Feds aren't doing it. A spotter in plain clothes radio 'ing onwards to a uniformed colleague up the road. I used to love doing shizzle like that in the day (back then it was more often seatbelts) but with a national reduction in officer numbers of almost 20,000 over the last few years, most of those operational ranks, arses with phones can carry on their selfish and dangerous behaviour with impunity.

It's an epidemic.
Drivers know full well the odds of being caught are minuscule, same as with speeding and jumping reds.

But yeah, bloody cyclists, eh?
