Halfords 7 Function Wireless Computer

I'm not for big functionality on these things; average speed, max min etc. so this freebie in the Halfords 3for2 was fine for me.

However... i can't get the bugger to work. The transmitter is within distance, but isn't picking up any transmission. Any thoughts?

Have you checked that the battery in the sensor has charge or is in correctly?
Is there anything else close that could be interfering? My winter light stops my cateye from working if the wire is too close.

Pressed the test button on the sensor and taken the lock off the display , i have the same one i think and unless you take the lock off every time it does not register.
