Hanger is fine but rear der' looks out of alignment

This is with the chain off, the 2 cogs don't line up, I took it off and can't see anything obvious, the hanger looks fine.

Twisted cage or something?

cage arm on right looks bent. but one on left doesn't look as badly bent. could try and bend it back but i think you need a new carbon bike
