There are brackets which clip round the edge. With a weight on them, they cleat and don’t slip.

Ikea do an invisible picture rail. About 75mm thick with a lip so you can lean it against the wall. It won’t be flush, but at an angle.

Whatever you do make sure you hang it the right way up, or you'll have to stand on your head to do your make up.

Gripfill and even silicone mastic are very good glue. You may need support for a while till it sets but by jingo it'll never come off unless you break it.

Those Screwfix clips are the same as the ones you get on Ikea’s mirrors. Work well.

The bottom 2 brackets are fixed hooks. The top ones are spring-loaded, so you place the mirror glass into the top 2 brackets, push upwards, then rest the glass in the fixed clips.
