It really is my birthday and im 46 as it says and I feel twenty years older.Just about off for my commute to Waterloo.

Thanks to everyone else on the thread for congratulating me?!?!?! for being an older fart.

I must admit I've been sneaking a look all day to see if a thread like this would come up.

Thanks not good so far and I have a long job and a wet commute coming up.Very little food in the house due to coming back from Thailand on Monday and virtually straight into work.Most of the food I have is naff or off.It's a tough life.

I think a good commute in is the most important thing at the mo.

My times vary Im leaving at 1215 today and 12pm tommorow..Basically the same times this week then earlies next week.

Yeah, that holiday in Thailand must have been hell!

It was hot cycling even when it rained.I suspect today's commute won't be lukewarm rain.
