It's nice seeing all the decorations up, the excitement on little (and not so little) children's faces. The fact that the under 3's will be more interested in the wrapping paper than what's inside. Seeing people rushing around on Christmas Eve because they haven't got all their shopping done. All the food to eat. The little traditions.

I like Christmas, and I know this Christmas will be a nicer, more peaceful one than last year.
