Yes, it looks really nice.

Alloy instead of carbon but cheaper and 105 vs Tiagra and Spyres vs BB7. Better buy imo.

I'm vaguely in the market for something similar as a winter bike, and am quite liking the look of the Pinnacle Arkose - the "3" comes with 105 and hydraulic discs for £1000 (though I like the colour of the men's version better than the women's).

If you need a doitall utility bike for use with a rack, then you should buy a bike with rack mounts. P-clips are fugly dirt-traps that are never as effective as a solid bolt-on solution.
Same goes for mudguards.

I've never had an issue with p clips myself, but they are on road bikes not off roaders. I dont think they are ugly, any more than a rack anyhow!

YES - Using adaptor supplied with bike

Dorset Doesn't sound like P-clips

The adaptor is a seatpost clamp with eyelets. Lower eyelets are "hidden".

Liv Brava SLR has been purchased.
Helpful sales staff in Giant Sheffield- sized up properly on the turbo trainer. Bought it, chucked it in the car, after pdi and home now.

@vickster and I visited the Giant shop in twickenham today. They'd had a Brava, but sold it I mean, good for them, but I wanted to check it out.

But glad you/she liked it. And it looks like Giant are the company doing best by women who want CX bikes, so it's good we can support that.
