Obviously something occurred prior to the overtake, I suspect the Range Rover cockwomble had been tailgating and harassing the car that was filming, why else would they be filming?
Would be interesting if the full footage was passed to the boys in blue, I think there are multiple offences to be considered, dangerous driving, insecure load, obscured number plate etc just for a start.
