Somehow during the course of today I have got myself signed up for bellydancing classes with my friend

Has anyone ever done it and what on earth can I expect?!?!

First one is Monday evening

My inner caveman is shouting at me to post something along the lines of pics and vids required But this would only be so so that we can monitor your progress, provide encouragement and maybe in some cases even provide costume tips, of course.

But I'm not going to go with that. I will simply ask that you also consider the wonderful exercise of pole dancing to increase the length of your hamstrings and improve core stability.

Actually tried pole dancing once while rather drunk at a friends bar.....kind of got stuck, then got cramp, then fell in a heap on the floor.....not very clever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!or sexy
