If I was looking for that sort of info, I'd check out the specs for well regarded touring bikes, that should give you a good idea

Geometry isn't a huge influence on road bikes and most are around 73/74/75 depending upon frame sizes. It's other factors like fork rake, chainstay length etc. It's not as simple as that.

Im just curious really folks. My Kinesis has a head angle of 73.5 but when I look at a kona sutra for instance it has an angle of 71 which surprised me. Unless im being a dufus the sutra has a steeper head angle than my kinesis but im guessing its not as simple as that.
