Hello! I'm Katie from N.Y.C. I've been a lifelong cyclist, but a severe back injury stopped from riding since 2000. I've finally have the green light from my doctor to gradually resume riding. I found this wonderful forum while searching for cycling information. I look forward to making new friends and sharing information.
