I like mine. I know some have had bad customer service but there's also some positive reviews in the reviews section. I think Ribble offer a decent product at a very competitive price the thing that I wish was better was the brand image and identity. Maybe if they had a common colour scheme it might re-enforce the brand. Their ally road bikes are fairly recognisable with the electric blue paint maybe the Carbon bikes would look better all black with blue decals and highlights.
