Hello my name is Bob and i have not had a drink for ten months.
It was our Xmas dinner meet up yesterday.The Cuthbert Brodrick pub Leeds city centre.This time last year i started the annual one month drinking competition.With last years Xmas dinner i think i had 5 pints of the black stuff Jack Daniels a couple of malts.Then during xmas and new year came half a bottle of Singletons half a bottle of jack danniels and more than i can remember of the black stuff.Well in the middle of Jan the body said enough is enough and i spent thirteen nights in St Jimmies.Half of that time on some serious pain killers.And finally out came my gallbladder.
Well it put the sh up me so i have not touched a drop since.And yesterday i passed with flying colours,just having cola and latte coffee.That was a big test.There were 23 of us for dinner another great meet up.
