Hello

Hi everybody been scanning the forum for tips for the past few months so thought i'd take the plunge and sign up. Been back on two wheels for about 3 months now, started off with a 5 mile ride and ended up doing the manchester to blackpool ride on 12/7/09. 60 miles in 5 ish hours.
Damn near killed me , anyway as so many newbies before me stand by for some stupid questions i've got one or two to ask. I'll leave them for another day.
