hello from wigan ,im returning to cycling after a twenty year break,yeah i know most people take a couple of days rest anyway i will probably have many questions to ask as i return to the saddle . i packed in cycling aged 26 i only road for my own pleasure back then but if i can return to a decent level of fitness i would like to perhaps join a local club for club rides etc see how we go first though eh ....anyway this seems a friendly place to start .....

Welcome,i'm just down the road in Astley.There are loads of us Northern types here and we do a few rides during the year (weather,fitness,amount of cake at the end ect,ect permitting ! ) along with the good help and banter on the site.

I remember Road Rash on The Play Station. Only driving(ish) game I was any good at.

Was Road Rash that game where you could hit other riders with bats and what not as you raced? If so, then yes! What fun that was, i think we had that on the sega mega drive or something?
