Helmets with visors

Well, the visor on my helmet certainly wouldn't embed itself in anybody's brain....It's only clipped on very loosely and soft plastic, so it just pops off...

Considering all the mtb helmets have visors and there aren't exactly loads of reports of visor injuries, I suspect they are pretty safe!
