Help 40th Birthday pressie ideas for my good lady!

Totally useless when it comes to present buying plus but I need to find a pressie for the Mrs. She has mentioned Ipads etc but thats way over my budget Was thinking of some charms for her Links of London sweetie bracelet seems boring no? I got a neckless with the kids finger prints on it for mine which was nice but don't want to be doing the same ? Any ideas to throw into the mix?

I bought Mrs A_T a Japanese Maple Acer palmata] for her 40th ...it's slow growing but has lovely ruby coloured leaves and smooth red bark.
If you haven't got a large garden Mrs McG can grow it as a bonsai...
