help me identify a bike bell

Hi all
I hope, some of you, would be kind, to help me identify a bike bell i just found. :-)
Would love to know about the:
- Time-period/age
- Manufacturer

It looks like the american and australian flag on the front.

is it possible, that it was made, when The United States recognized Australia on January 8, 1940, when the Governments of the United States and Australia announced the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations

Flags are the Stars and Stripes and the Union Flag.
With the Stars and Stripes being on the left, I'd say it's American.

I think the OP is right in that it's an Aussie flag, not the Union flag. It's a big flag with a little Union flag top left.

But I'm afraid no help apart from that

Others, here in Denmark, say, they have found something similar, and say it´s a bike bell, but they don´t know anything about their bells.

What's the actual size of the "bell"?

From the first picture posted, there's a pattern and possible markings round the edge. Any chance of seeing that in complete form.

The size is 5 cm wide and 2,5 cm height.
