Help me identify this advert?

Ok - back in the 1960's I distinctly remember an advert on tv recruiting people for (I think) the Observer Corps. It had a bloke walking across a field towards what I imagine was the vertical entrance shaft to an underground observation bunker. (This was connected with civil defence in those times).

Can't see it on YouTube or Google videos and have been to a few civil defence history websites but no trace.

Anyone else remember this?
